enjoy the benefits of club membership
You don’t have to own it!
Put that downpayment you’ve been saving for your airplane purchase back in your pocket! Why own when the club provides excellent aircraft at competitive rates?
Student instruction
Not a pilot yet? No problem. Work with a club-approved CFI to get your pilot’s license.
Tach time, not hobbs
Generally, tach time is 75-80% of hobbs, depending on the kind of flying you do. So our already-fantastic hourly rate is billed against the tach, not the clock! What does this mean for you? Imagine flying for an hour but only paying for 45 minutes.
Supportive Pilot community
As a member of EIFC, you’ll be a part of a group of like-minded pilots who share your enthusiasm for flight and general aviation.
Your own set of keys
As a member of the club, you’ll be issued your own set of hangar and airplane keys. All members of the club use the same checklist for stowing the aircraft in the hangar. Which means each you arrive at the hangar, it will seem almost as if you’re a sole owner!
Bring your own CFI
If you are a licensed pilot seeking advanced ratings or endorsements, flight reviews, etc, you have the flexibility to use a member CFI in the club, or bring a CFI of your choosing to provide your instruction.
Overnight reservations allowed, reasonable minimums
Take the airplane overnight, and don’t worry about meeting daily minimums. Ours are very reasonable.
Dues include flight time
Every month, $30 of your dues are credited to your account toward your flight time. This credit must be used for flight time, and cannot be used for dues. It expires after 90 days. To use your credit, simply reserve the airplane and go flying! Your next invoice will include the credit.
Grass airstrip landings allowed
No restrictions on where you can take the airplane
